Travel to and from the USA or Jamaica

If you are traveling with checked luggage plan to arrive AT LEAST 90 minutes prior to your flight. Take this boarding pass, your travel documents, and your bags and see the agent at the "Fast Bag Drop Off" line in Grand Cayman or the "Sir Turtle Check In" line at all other locations.

If you have only carry on you will need to arrive AT LEAST 60 minutes prior to your flight to have your documents verified. You may proceed directly to the gate to do this or see the agent in "Fast Bag Drop Off".

Due to TSA and Security procedures all bags and documents MUST be checked by a certain time before each flight. If your documents are not verified in time you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BOARD! This is a TSA and Customs and Border Protection rule that we are obligated to adhere to.

For travel from Kingston or Montego Bay, Jamaica, all documents must be verified by the agent at the "Sir Turtle Check-in" line before proceeding to the gate

Travel to and from The Sister Islands on Cayman Express
All passengers must present themselves at the Gate check in area no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. If you are traveling with ANY bags, (even if carry on!) you MUST present yourselves at the fast bag drop off line AT LEAST 45 minutes prior to departure to have these items weighed and checked as required.

In all cases please allow sufficient time to clear security and immigration in order to meet the above deadlines. Cayman Airways is not responsible for any delays caused by these agencies and you may be denied boarding if you are not in the gate area in the times noted above.
