Web Check-in Information
Important information for Passengers Checking in via the Web!
If you are traveling with checked luggage plan to arrive AT LEAST 90 minutes prior to your flight. Take this boarding pass, your travel documents, and your bags and see the agent at the "Fast Bag Drop Off" line in Grand Cayman or the "Sir Turtle Check In" line at all other locations.
If you have only carry on you will need to arrive AT LEAST 60 minutes prior to your flight to have your documents verified. You may proceed directly to the gate to do this or see the agent in "Fast Bag Drop Off".
Due to TSA and Security procedures all bags and documents MUST be checked by a certain time before each flight. If your documents are not verified in time you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BOARD! This is a TSA and Customs and Border Protection rule that we are obligated to adhere to.

Almost anyone traveling with an E-Ticket can use our web check-in service. However some other restrictions do apply which are listed in the section below. You will be required to know your Record Locater (PNR) number located on your travel itinerary or your frequent flyer number (provided it was recorded when you made your reservation!) in order to use web check-in.
If you do not know your PNR, or you think your Sir Turtle Rewards number was not recorded when you made your reservation simply call one of our reservations offices and we will be happy to assist you.
- Due to security requirements web check-in for flights departing from Montego Bay is not available (although flights TO Mo-Bay are available for web check-in).
- Web check-in To/From Havana is currently NOT available.
- Web Check-In is allowed ONLY between 24 and 2 hours prior to Departure.
- Valid on Cayman Airways Operated flights only (flights operated by other airlines are not eligible for Web Check-In).
- Passengers traveling with infants or any special requests such as wheelchairs, oxygen etc cannot use web check-in at this time.
- Unaccompanied Minors cannot use web check-in
- You must arrive at the departure gate at least 60 minutes before departure for verification of travel documents
