    • In order to receive flown miles automatically, please provide your membership number to the reservations agent when making your reservations.  Please also show your membership card at both the origin and return airport counters.

    • Reservations for reward tickets are to be made through the Cayman Airways reservation offices at 345-949-2311 or 1-800-422-9626.

    • Back dated boarding passes/passenger receipts are accepted for reward credits up to six (6) months from the present month for members and up to three (3) months for a new member signing up. Please note passenger receipts or boarding passes must be provided to Cayman Airways in order to receive reward credits. Please track your account via the website www.caymanairways.com to verify that your flights have been credited and you are awarded flown miles.

    • Miles are not transferable from a deceased spouse or family member.

    • Please note that “COMPLEMENTARY” or “FREE” tickets do not earn reward credits.

    • Accounts will be considered archived once there is no activity for a three (3) year period, the miles from an archived account will not be transferred to the newly opened account.

    • Tier levels are acquired by flying 40,000 for the PLATINUM status and 25,000 miles for the GOLD status between 01 January and 31 December of each year.

    • Mileage is given only to the person whose name appears on the issued ticket.

    • Changes of date/time to issued “Frequent Flyer” tickets are allowed without a penalty charge, however once a ticket has been issued the ticket has a validity date of 12 months from the date of issuance.

    • The cost to redeposit the miles back into a members account from a valid issued ticket which has not expired is US$50.00.

    • Purchased upgrades do not accrue bonus miles. Bonus miles are given only for a full fare Business Class ticket or as an offered promotion.

    • Statements are no longer being mailed. Members may view their accounts via the website using their membership number and password (passwords are attainable from our office at 345-949-8200).

    • Cayman Airways reserves the right to change this program without notice.
