Honduras/La Ceiba Travel Policy: Passengers ticketed by June 28 for travel between now and August 29:

Cayman Airways will allow passengers who were ticketed to La Ceiba by June 28, 2009 to change their date of departure to La Ceiba to depart up until August 29 with no penalty. Passengers travelling on companion fares must still travel together. Reservations must be cancelled prior to flight departure or NOGO policy applies. Passengers will be rebooked into the same or lowest available inventory and not "Y" class.
If travel has begun, passengers may extend their length of stay and exceed the maximum stay on their fare if they return by August 29.
If the customers desire to cancel travel to La Ceiba and instead travel to another destination on the same or different travel dates:
- Cayman Airways will permit customers to rebook for the new destination, recalculate and collect any additional fare based on fares and inventory available at the time the change is requested and waive the change penalty fee.
- If customers have companion fares and both passengers elect to travel to a different destination, then “N” class must be available and all rules of the fare must be observed (i.e., min/max stay, must travel together, etc.). Cayman Airways will waive the applicable change penalty and collect any difference in fare between the companion fares available on the original date of ticket issue.
- If the customer has a companion fare and only the fare paying passenger will travel, recalculate and collect any additional fare based on fares and inventory available at the time the change is requested and waive the change penalty fee. The free companion may request a refund of taxes paid.
- All travel must be online Cayman Airways (KX) and travel must be completed by August 29, 2009.
Customers on full economy or business class fares have the option for a refund or change to reservation at anytime without penalty.
